Week 4 Rss feeds continued

Have played around with the various search engines and they all drive me nuts!! The reason is that they do a keyword search rather than searching the title of the blog or the title of the posting. So if you search under gardening for example you may get a blog that only mentions gardening once rather than a blog on the topic of gardening. This is very frustrating. After half an hour of searching round I did find a website that I liked called recipezaar, which is a cooking forum. This site is interesting because it features a lot of the community features which we want to start up on our library website. I did a search for pink food in preparation for the think pink breakfast - but mainly recipes for coctails and sickly sweet jello salads came up - it's amazing what americans will eat. americans as many of the ingredients were things I had never heard of. AS to how to find good blogs I found one gardening forum that had a long list of people's gardening blogs so I think that would be a better way to go rather than looking in a search engine.
